my Hello I sell atm card clips bracelet helper teo

of my listing were removed what I contacted support they said I could make them with ceramic mushrooms agains policy . These are bracelet helpers . It’s the same as mushroom necklaces. . Second was removed because I said they were gift for cigarette smokers  who have long nails and don’t want their hands to smell like smoke .  Every atm card clips I searched 99 percent of them say smoke clip  . I wish they would set up system where your listings can be pre approved save them the aggravation and time looking for them . Half the time I don’t know what I can say who

would have known that you can’t make atm card clip with mushrooms decor on them . And why am I targeted every atm clip on here says the same thing . Not to mention they said I can’t say cigarette holder yet theirs a cigarette category  Hummmm

I am not sure about your removed items, but right now you have a bunch of trademarked listings (Playboy bunny, Pennywise, Beetlejuice, Chucky and so on). They require a license, otherwise they are IP infringing.

@Beadhappygiftfinds: False positives aside, Etsy let a lot of violations slide for a very long time, and now some of the rules have changed and it is clear that Etsy has stepped up enforcement of the rules.

While we can only speculate on what the trigger was that flagged your listing, the violation can be anything from a 'prohibited' word in your title, description, or tags, to a non-conforming primary image, to being misclassified in core details, to intellectual property infringements, and lot in between.

Without getting into a discussion of what is fair or right or if your listing should be deactivated, the fact that there are other shops selling similar items it only means that they have not been caught yet, or those listings may not contain the same trigger that snared you. Additionally, we will not know how many other listings were deactivated using the same trigger - only those that appear to not have been.

They’re roach clips, drug paraphernalia, no matter what you call them.

They were probably removed because Etsy doesn’t allow drug paraphernalia.

Even most of the Etsy-generated  ''related searches'' terms at the bottom of those listings call them roach clips.
