Listing issue

Is anyone having issues with listing items in there shop? I’ve tried to list a item yesterday and today and it won’t post! I look at the finance and it takes the 20 cents then bounces it back. I’ve tried numerous times!!!! So frustrating!!!!

Is it getting deactivated? Can you see it in your inactive folder? 

Also, you don't need to list a production partner if you're buying supplies there for handmade items.

Thanks for the response back! It is not inactive but when I click on it comes up unable to load?

When you are clicking on the listing, where are you retrieving it from?  For example, I'll go to Listings Manager and Renew from "Sold", "Inactive", etc.

I’m trying to add a new listing. When I go to active it’s not their or inactive but when I go into all it’s their. When I

I've never used the phone.  And have heard the app can be glitchy.  I would definitely try on the computer.  Hope it solves your problem.

@Soapcreationscompany: There are lots of threads in this forum about issues with the apps. The consensus seems to be to manage orders and messages from a (desktop) browser to be safe.

Yes I only list mine from my desktop - so it's not a phone App issue.

Yes! Me too I've had the exact same problem 2 days in a row. I list and items and then it wont post and refunds the amount. However Mine is worse - then I get an automatic message (email) from Etsy saying the listings are compromised and prohibited - this is putting my shop in danger. I know it's a technical issue (glitch) I list these same items all the time, I'm not violating anything. I do hope technical department reviews this right away. I spoke with someone yesterday on the phone and they said I could expect a response from technical via email but nothing so far. I need to list more items but at this point I'm afraid to do so.
