Listing Renewal Date

I typically renew only 5 listings at one time, yet pages of listings are showing up as expiring on the same day.  I renew manually.  I don't want pages of listings to expire.  I don't think their renewal dates are accurate.  What do I do?

If you don't think the dates are correct, you need to contact Etsy Support about that issue. We're just other sellers here in Forums. We can't do anything to check or change the dates.

Double check your renew settings to make sure auto renew isn't impacting your expiration dates.

Auto renew is the default so its easy to end up with listings on auto renew. Every week or so I bulk edit all my listings to put them on manual renew.

Listings with multiples will auto renew each time someone purchases. This could be contributing to what you're seeing.

If you really want to do a deep dive, eRank shows the listing dates, number of days the listing has been active, etc. The free version only shows a subset of listings (I think its 200) but it is a tool for looking at the details.
