I've had at least one sale today that has resulted in the listing not being "renewed" to a new date. I can see I was charged for the multi listing price, and the quantity went from 7 to 5 showing it was purchased like the order shows (so not pending). However, the renewal date is not April 23, 2023 and is instead February 1, 2023. I couldn't find any other posts on this, so maybe this is a new bug? The only policy I could find on listings was that a listing lasts for 4 months. The time on the order puts it into another day in some time zones, but I haven't seen any information about the length of listings being changed. I'm assuming it's a technical issue that Etsy would need to deal with, but I wanted to list it here in case someone else knows a possible cause, solution, or preventative measure for it happening again. I'll report it to Etsy, but it takes so long for responses that I'm hoping someone here might have some information, too! I can only imagine how many times this has happened and how much extra I've paid on listings. : /
