Listing Removed in Error

Very frustrated at the moment. I had a listing removed for no reason. I know I am in compliance because I was flagged previously and fixed the error. I try and get assistance and I keep getting the same blanket statements from the help team. I literally made a large sale and in less than an hour it was taken down. I shouldn't get flagged or targeted for actually making big sales. It makes no sense. Now I have to start over. Can anyone offer some advice? This is making me reconsider Etsy big time!

Almost all of what you are selling is copyright infringement unless you have licensing agreements.

I do have licensing agreements with them and Etsy knows this because they flagged me before for this.

Anytime I've seen anyone with official fraternity or sorority licensing before it's always mentioned in their shop - usually in both the item description and the shop's about me section. Generally anything that is officially licensed will specifically state that, no matter where they're selling. Even if you've supplied this to Etsy before, if it's not evident in the listings without contacting you for more information, then I wouldn't be surprised if they continue flagging and removing items.

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if they are not checking the photos and instead are only looking for a specific mention about it in the text.
