I opened a chat with Etsy Sellers support to make sure they were aware of the issue. I was given this response, so at least we know they are aware of the issue:
"This appears to be a temporary glitch, and I would recommend checking back later as the issue may be resolved by then.
You can check back in sometime and if the issue still persist contact us immediately.
Our engineers are currently looking into what's causing the Listing management page to display as blank and I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their investigation so they have more information to work with."
I am assuming my report directly to the Etsy sellers chat support and reports other sellers may have made helped Etsy recognize that there was a problem. They made their post after I had been on chat with them for a little while.
