I have a buyer who can add my listing to their cart, but can't purchase it. When they contacted Etsy, they said there was something wrong with my listing.
How can they see it and added it to their cart, but not purchase it?
As mentioned, you have no payment methods showing therefore your shop is effectively broken. You will need to contact Etsy support directly and tell them.
