Listing Issue

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone can offer any advice please.

Is there an issue with listing at the moment?  I'm opening my first shop, I think I've done everything, it says there's nothing left to complete on the checklist.  But I wasn't sure if I'm meant to activate something?  because when I go to list it says - A stitch has gone awry go back to Etsy.com.

It's been doing it since lunchtime-ish yesterday.  It looks like a site issue but then I wouldn't know for sure.  But because it's been a while I thought I've probably missed something (like perhaps an activation)  I've had the actual Etsy account for 11 years so it's not a new account.

Other sellers have reported this same issue. Have you tried different browsers? Turning off VPN if you have it on

Also many sellers had to reverify already verified accounts, but it should show as a banner in your dashboard if that is required.

Hi

Thank you for your advice, I tried a different browser, no luck and I don't have VPN.

I'll just have to wait it out I suppose, I've emailed Etsy but should imagine that takes a while.

You could also try having a call back from Etsy
