Listing Credit required for item unavailable in my region

I have seen the various threads about this issue.

My request is simple - I had a listing for a letter opener blocked so I amended the listing to that for a lacquerware plate - no relation to blades of any kind.

The listing still shows 'This item is unavailable in your region'. 

Have also checked any other cutlery or serving items that might be deemed by the bot to transgress the rule even though they have nothing to do with knives and found several.

So I require a credit for all the listings that I now have to delete as my buyers in the UK can't even see them.

Etsy help chat button has disappeared so asking here - HOW DO I GET A LISTING CREDIT FOR ALL THE LISTINGS I NOW NEED TO DELETE?

This thread, is about Knives being unavailable for people in the UK region to buy,

we can list, and ebvery one can list, but they are unavailable to buy in the U region.
They are not deactivated

 the law in the UK prohibits knives to be sold, to under 18's, without age verification,

and etsy, unlike amazon and e-bay, don't have this software

It's nothing to do with listings being deactivated altogether, or about plants.
