Link to the costumer of a sold item points to a new item

I sold an item and send the costumer a reply via Etsy's reply message from the order. In that message Etsy provide a link to the order.

2 days after I re-use the listing from the sold item and listed a new item

The costumer reply to my message that this link (autogenerated from Etsy) was not what she bought, as the Etsy link in her message point to my new listing.

Can Etsy insert a link that point to the ordered item?

You should not overwrite an old listing with a new article (unless it is very very similar.)

This is one of the reasons why.
