Limited Access to Account for 6 Months. Cannot File Taxes

Hello all,

Here is the story: My account was supposedly hacked and my account was limited (aka I cannot log in). I have tried to get this resolved with Etsy for SIX months. I have sent countless emails, even tried chatting with someone on the help chat and yet nothing. They reply once with a generic "answer this questions to unlock your account". I have answered the questions over a dozen times and then nothing. Obviously, I am done selling on Etsy but the real problem is that I cannot log in to download my 1099 tax document. I cannot file my taxes, I had to get an extension. My tax extension is running out and I still do not have my 1099 from Etsy. Legally they must provide this and yet, they are holding my account and my 1099 hostage for an unknown reason. To top it off, I was trying to contact them through another Etsy account and they limited that account as well. 

If anyone has had a similar experience resolved or if someone from Etsy can help me, please reply. At this point, it is unbelievable and unacceptable that a company as large as Etsy has zero customer service support.

I'm very sorry this happened to you. SIX MONTHS trying to get help? (rhetorical). I hope you have contacted your bank, as well as reported this theft to the authorities (you are the victim of a cyber crime). Also (if you haven't already done so), run virus scans on all of your devices. In the meantime you need help now.
