Which of my orders shipped late? All of them went out on time.
@lllangel : How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If you shipped on time, first check the appropriate CSV file. Often the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.
And has been mentioned by several others, this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
None of us here can answer your question. This is a peer to peer support forum so it's just us sellers trying to help each other best we can. I know the help center directs you to post here in this forum for star seller issues but it's just us sellers here.
As far as which order shipped late...have you downloaded the order history csv file from star seller page? It will tell you exactly which order they are counting as late.
we don't know , we are just sellers here. open the cvs file and you will see which one. But even if it did ship on tiime and with tracking Etsy wont fix it. they know the system has problems and don't care.
This is a peer-to-peer forum. None of us can see your stats. You have to go look in your star seller stats. Did you enter tracking? Did you enter it on the day it went out? If you enter it a day later, you may get dinged.
