Are there any known bugs currently with processing time?
Apparently I missed a window but I 100% know I did not as all my orders are dispatched next day.
It happened to me I've reported it
How do you report things like that?
Apparently I had one order without a processing time. It did have one, as once you put one in you can't remove it as it's mandatory. I also shipped the item the same day, around an hour after it came in.
Does yours give an incorrect date?
Mine showed up in my star seller that I had missed a despach date, chat checked twice but found no late despach so passed it on to technical support.
How do you pass it on to support? Sorry, still relatively new here.
I used chat but not sure if it is just for star seller, now that it has been reported hopefully they will fix the problem

I've had this problem today too! One of my orders was actually sent out EARLY - but the Star Seller dashboard has flagged it as "missing processing time". It's knocked my delivery percentage for 96% to 94%, meaning I now won't qualify for Star Seller
