This is about the last date of Dispatch of the product purchased by a customer.
In my last two orders the date of delivery was showing 28th Dec but when I closed it on 28th... We could see the alert that dispatch is overdue by one day.
We have the supporting Document, the screen short that We can produce. Due to this now our store has lost customer service badge.
I request you to pls look into this issue and help us.

Date of delivery and when you mail it are 2 entirely different things.
@GraciousForever: "... the date of delivery ..." Are you referring to the scheduled ship by date or the estimated delivery date? If the former, the Star Seller metric for shipping is very simplistic and binary - either you shipped and marked the order as complete on time with a verifiable tracking number or you did not.
Yes I am referring to the scheduled ship date... I have shipped it and marked the order as complete on time...that was 28th Dec for which I have the screenshot that the last date to complete the order was 28th Dec...but when I opened the app to complete the order there was a disclaimer that its delayed by one day
Hi, I was wondering if there is no a technical issue :
I set up my delivery date for 6 Jan and 7 jan after being agree with customers.
The day 6, I woke up with "one overdue and "ship today" for all my 7th January package. So finally I sent all my package the 6th with one overdue yet I was in time.
Do you have any idea what could be happened?

Your processing time frame is what comes into play here. If you have one to three days for example, you must ship within that time frame irregardless of the delivery date.
Do you have weekends set for shipping? Holidays for shipping? That impacts processing time frame.
I have a simple thing to say...if my shop has calculated the order complete date that was showing 28th Dec...if i mark it complete by adding the tracking no. in Morning on 28th Dec..the job is done.
Why should it show delayed by one day even after completing it on time and on specified date.
Its simple close order on or before the specified date to make it complete. Delivery is not in picture and as noting to do with star seller thing .
I also had the same probleme, I lost a point and one order with overdue, but I was totaly in time. Didn't understand what happened.
I set up the shipping time a week ago for 6 january, and the 6 january the message was : 1 overdue"
The same day I was set up for other orders the shipping date "7 January" and 6 January all order was "ship today". So I sent all orders 6 January but the first one was in delay. Didn't understand what happened. I'm pretty sure it's technical issue.
