Lag in the Star Seller Stats...

My Star Seller badge for June was removed because my stats were calculated incorrectly. The stats for my reply to messages only counted about half or less of the unique number of incoming messages I was sent and replied to within 24 hours. Information is missing the last 7 messages from 24-48 hours prior to June 1st. I was at a 93% on June 28th (because of one message that was not replied to within 24 hours). But with the 7 new messages (not threads from prior messages) I received (and replied to within 24 hours) within 24-48 prior to June 1st my percentage rating should have been a 95% and still eligible to keep my Star Seller Badge. 

Later on June 1st I received a message that my badge was removed and I saw that my stats showed an 86% for messages for the current reviewing period. I reported this all to Etsy Support and attached CSV documents and screenshots to better explain things. Repeatedly they said it was my fault for not replying to messages and that they were unable to change what had been done anyways. They finally sent me a link and asked I post here. 

In between the back and forth with Etsy Support my percentage has now started to catch up for this reporting period and my stats for messaging are up to a 92%, but looking at more recent CSV documents still, not all of the unique, incoming messages are showing.

Support alluded to flaws in the system. There definitely seems to be one with how often the data syncs. It makes me wonder if the stats for other things are accurate now. This frustrates me to no end (to have something taken from me and then to also be told it's my fault when I don't believe it is. I worked hard to get that badge and continue to work hard to support my customers. 

By all means, if I have totally misunderstood something then it's fine and I will go away, but there really seems to be a problem here (the fact that my stats were still updating hours after the initial "damage" was done).

Yes Etsy seem to miss the last 2-3 days of the month for some reason.
