Lack of human contact with ETSY 'support'

I have a 5 Star Shop with close to 3000 sales. Still, ETSY lists my shop as having over 600 items 'overdue.' Obviously I would not have a 5 star shop if that were true. Many years ago ETSY did not require shipping be checked off. I often delivered packages or had them picked up at my town Market booth so many items never had a shipping receipt. The short story is I need to actually speak to an ETSY employee in Brooklyn HQ to clear this error of 600 'overdue' items. ETSY does not have a true 'contact us' as the site words it. Rather this option is: search for your question here. There is no human-at-a-desk alternative. Has anyone ever found a portal email to a ETSY tech Rep? If such a contact is out there I can't find it. Thank you for any suggestions.

@BlacksburgArt: Overdue and no tracking are two different metrics. Did you actually mark each of those overdue orders as completed at the time? Since Star Seller only considers a three month period those old orders would not affect that.

Once you get this sorted, you should ask for a critique on your SEO. Your artwork is FABULOUS but won't be found easily with your titles. Really love your style.
