Hallo, 

ich bin neu hier und hatte nun 2 Verkäufe, jedoch hat etsy meinen Shop sofort stillgelegt weil sie zweifel an der Echtheit meiner Angebote hat. 

Die Verifizierung meines Kontos funktioniert nur leider nicht und der Support kann mir auch nicht helfen. 

Die schicken mir immer wieder nur den gleichen link aber wie gesagt, die Bank wird abgelehnt. 

Ich benötigen wirklich dringend Hilfe.

Your shop is NOT shut down--it is open and operating--although you do need to add some more information , such as an About page.

If you got a supposed message from "Etsy" or "Etsy support" or "Etsy staff" or something similar wanting your email and then asking for bank and credit card information that is a SCAM. they will steal your bank account. A message that comes from Etsy will be on your "dashboard" in the link marked "messages" and IN A FOLDER (on the left) MARKED "FROM ETSY" Anything else is a SCAM. Send them to your spam folder and do not reply. If you have already given them any bank and credit card information contact your bank IMMEDIATELY
