Klarna Glitch - Phantom Overdue Order on Dashboard

Who all is experiencing the "1 Overdue Order" glitch on their dashboard? This is due to a payment processing error with customers who tried to purchase using Klarna. I have now had 6 reps respond to the same ticket over the last 2 weeks stating these issues are addressed in order of urgency to the marketplace.

 

Has anyone actually had this issue fixed and removed from their dashboard? My star seller status isn't visually effected, but my shop stats appear to be suffering from this.

 

The customer that trigged this in my store has been told by Klarna AND Etsy that I am the one responsible for refunding their order. There is no order generated, therefore no funds to refund.

 

Etsy technical support has told me in the same messages "no order was generated" and "no need to fulfill the order" all in the same message which is shockingly conflicting. Can anyone provide any help in getting this issue fixed?

We received 2 orders that customers made by using Klarna that vanished from our orders list, although we received emails confirming them.  The payments were shown as *$%*! or something similar in the payments.  We contacted Etsy support and the first call hit a brick wall, a scripted reply which made no sense whatsoever.  Finally managed to speak to someone who passed it to technical.  It took 2 weeks for them to acknowledge the issue.  I have since sent 7 emails asking what I do with the outstanding orders and payments that were paid to me.  I eventually received a generic response that the Klarna system was defective, the customer has been refunded and I was to keep any monies payed out without having to dispatch the goods.   Still however have 2 orders as showing as overdue in the system.  Hasn't affected the star seller system but I have noticed our exposure on Etsy has been reduced, sales are down around 50%. Time for our own website, I think.

We've had this phantom order for the last 4 weeks, been on live chat to Etsy but no help just say they are aware of it. I got the email on Sunday saying no need to refund customer and thought it was all sorted, phantom order still showing as outstanding on dashboard 4 days later, i'm on PC, don't bother with APP its a nightmare
