My account  is new, and my shop is on holiday, i have not did this and now i want to do listing and sell product  on etsy but there is Your shop is on holiday message is showing, i tried many time to do off this but there is no option , please start my shop

Look on your dashboard and in your junk mail Etsy may need some more identification from you or all your names may not match exactly on bank CC and identification

If Etsy put you in vacation mode, only Etsy can take you off of vacation.

There should be info on your finance page or dashboard what you need to do.

@AUESSENTIAL: Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts). You are brand new and Etsy at times will hold a shop for verification.  Did you submit your ID?  Has it been verified?  Bank information?
