Hallo, ich bekomme von angeblichen Käufern geschickt, dass mein Shop nicht verifiziert ist. Etsy sagt nix… die Ware könne nicht bezahlt werden. Ich wurde über meine Mail Adresse angeschrieben.

This is a scam! put the message in your spam folder.

I have checked your shop and your Etsy payments are active.

Scammers will target new sellers via the Etsy messenger or email.

Sales will appear in your dashboard under orders only.

If someone claims you are blocked, need verification or anything else via messenger it is a scam

etsy forwards all etsy messages to your e-mail, whatever they are

go to through messages from your shop, if the message is not in the "from etsy" folder, AS WELL as the inbox, it's a scam, mark it as spam and ignore it
