It’s a scam message. Don’t reply to them. Check out other posts in this thread with similar experience

If the sale doesn’t show in your shop payment account you may be talking with a scammer. Give them NO financial info.

Do not click on anything, and don't engage with them.  Mark the Message as Spam (so you don't get dinged for Star Seller).
This is a scammer who is trying to get you to click onto a link, so they can steal from you. There has been an infestation of them, and I'm sorry you were targeted.

When you get a sale, it will appear in the Orders & Shipping Page (in your Shop Manager). A Buyer will never need your email.
Etsy recently created a Folder within Messages; should you receive anything from Etsy Staff, it will appear in this designated folder. Here is the Announcement about it.
