Just can't get any support or contact Etsy

I'm really struggling to get any support with Etsy.

My shop was created in 2013.  I have some redundant delivery information on my front page that I cannot remove or delete and has to be done on the server side.

However, I can't live chat with Etsy, because I never get a response.  I can't submit a contact request as the form doesn't send.  I'm on a brand new MAC Studio and I've tried different browsers.  I have used this form before, but for some reason it won't work any more.

I've tried replaying to older tickets, but I just get an automated response back each time.

Where are you trying to edit?  From Info and appearance or the shop home page.  Edit need to be done on the shop home page.

Is this a shop never used?  Might have been easier to open a new shop.

Try editing via the shop home page.  Scroll down to shop policies and click edit there.

To contact Etsy. look on the left hand side of teh shop manager.  See Help?  Open that and select Contact us.  Select Selling on Etsy.  Find a topic close and look for 'I still need help'.  Click on that button.  You may get email or a call back.  The email will open a ticket.   The reply email will be generic.  Reply back to that email that you still need help.

I've never been able to use Chat so can't help you there.

Make sure to change using a browser and not the app.

@LordshipFarmCards   What exactly is the redundant delivery information you are wishing to change / delete?  I didn't see anything.  Tell us exactly what you want to d, and we'll walk you thru it!
