July Starseller badge missing, although all criteria are fulfilled

Dear Etsy Team,

please check my Star Seller rating for July. It seems to be incorrect. According to my Dashoard and as you can see in the screenshot, all criteria are more than fulfilled.

100 % Message response rate  I  100% on-time shipping with tracking I 4,9 average rating I 0 case

Please add the missing star as soon as possible so that Starseller status is visible again. This is really relevant for a small store like mine.

Be sure that you are looking at the "Previous" stats by clicking the Previous tab instead of the current stats which are displayed.

You are not contacting Etsy here and Etsy has said they will not make changes to the SSB.
You are missing the speedy replies badge.

You can download the data to see what message/messages you didn't reply to within 24 hrs.

Make sure you're looking at April/May/June stats.
