Items won't publish

I keep trying to add items to my shop. They keep going to draft. Every time i press to publish again it says to contact support. How do I fix this or find etsy support..

Having same problem on Chrome for last hour - got them to list eventually but shouldn't be wasting my time here. Transferring to listing on another platform. Easy come, easy go...

Go to and click on help Center at bottom you your shop page (right side in blue section).  Scroll down to beige area and click on 'Contact Etsy Support".  (Go from there. May ask to type in question and give links or you'll get at IA bot response. Try not to do this unless no other option.) But as soon as you can see something like request a phone call, do that to speak with a person.

This happens to me regularly, especially when copying old listings.

My work around:

- change the listing from physical to digital

- change the listing back to a physical item and adjust the shipping details back

That should allow you to publish.

Stupid, but it works for me!
