Items deactivated for no reason !!

I just got two items deactivated by Etsy which do not violate any regulations, is anyone having those issues right now? One is a Christmas Shirt Comfort Colors that says " Tis The Season" and the other one is a Fall Shirt!!

I have no idea what's happening!!

@CreativeDesignLD  Likely something flagged, Etsy will have a human look at them, and then they will be put back up.   I had one flag and it was back up in 24 hours, but sometimes it takes a few days.

It sucks, I know.

Could Comfort Colors be the issue?  It appears to be a brand…

And is Jack and Sally a brand?

@CreativeDesignLD: Intellectual Property Rights just keep getting more complicated --- "Tis The Season" is a registered trademark for Bath & Body Works Brand Management, Inc. albeit for candles and scents, apparently. So if there is anything in your design that looks like a candle ...

My first question would be if they are actually shirts that are Comfort Colors shirts, were they made by Comfort Color? Does the tag verify it?

Just a heads up that Smiley face is TMed and Etsy sellers were getting sued by them just recently for using their IP...not just removals..sued.
