Item not available in your region

Two of my listings state: Not available in your region.  Is anyone else having this issue.  I did see it is a glitch.  I tried to deactivate and reactivate but it still did not fix the issue. I was able to contact support via chat, but they cannot help me and have escalated the issue.  I can just delete and add the listings again, but I will loose the reviews associated with the item.  This is super frustrating there is the Etsy promo but people cannot buy these two items which are popular.  Any ideas out there

I have about 20 listings experiencing that problem. I also have a customer interested in buying but the $5 thing does not work, so she gave up. 

I have contacted Etsy, nothing yet. I also talked to several sellers who have the same issue. No one got any answers yet.

@SissilyDesigns  The items seem to still be showing on the Buyer app for mobile.  Issue may have something to do with nude / semi-nude images.

The coupon code needs to be entered in the "Apply Etsy coupon" box under the "proceed to checkout" - not the shop coupon box.

$25 USD minimum, Buyers need to be in one of the countries (I think US, UK, & Canada?) and Shop needs to have Etsy Payments.

Etsy replied to their own post about the $5 code and how to apply it ...

"For shoppers to receive the Etsy-funded discount GET5, they’ll need to input the code into the ‘Apply Etsy Coupon’ area and not the ‘apply shop coupon codes’ area. This is because this coupon is funded by Etsy at no cost to our sellers. The shop coupon area is where codes that sellers create and share with their buyers are entered. Learn more about how to redeem coupon codes here."
