Hello,
I've been new to Etsy since January 2023. I want to promote my items by using item links. However, they all read "Etsy UK." I love our neighbors, but since our business is in the US, it should read the US. Customers in the US may more readily identify, visit and buy knowing that the shop is in the US. Also, leaving "Etsy UK" on the links feels like lying to my customers.
I've tried to reach Etsy Support, and it is now over 48 hours, and I am still waiting for a response. So I'm hoping you can help. I've also done some research on my own. Someone said to check to ensure my "Region" (bottom right of almost every Etsy page) is correct. So I tried.
When I click "Regions," it takes me to all the Regions. And so I click on the one that says "United States." It brings up a page that says, "Uh oh...page not found". (I tried to paste an image to give you more info, but it won't permit me.)
I also went in to check my shop address. When I first clicked it, it said "Spring Hill, Florida, United States, America", but when I saved it, it shorted it to "Spring Hill, Florida, United States." It does indeed say "Spring Hill, Florida, United States."
I hope you can help. My Social Media promotions are on hold until I can get this fixed.
Is this a large forum? Why does no one answer my question? I did send this question to Etsy Help as well. Are you folks experiencing the same thing, or if you've had this resolved in the past? And how was it decided?
Where did you set your location? If only in Regional Preferences, that might be the problem.

Actually, I think they have it fixed. I'm about to try it. Thank you.
I'm having the same issue. I checked my location, regional preferences and they are all correct, but when I search my shop name and etsy in google it shows that I'm in the UK. And the url address is UK. https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/JewelrybyCarianne
Did you get your's fixed?
