Item descriptions are not showing on my Etsy Shop - Global problem???

For three days now, my Etsy Shop does not show any item descriptions.  I checked other sellers and the same thing!  This may be Global - I checked sellers in India, German, etc.  - no descriptions!  Item descriptions are very important to my sales.  I wanted to purchase a supply from another vendor and cannot purchase - because no description!

The description is there but unfortunately, Etsy is conducting a test where some people have the description hidden at the bottom of the left hand side of the page under all the reviews.  If you are in the test, you will see all shops on Etsy with the description in the same place. It is very hard to find and lots of people are doing exactly what you did and not purchasing items because they can't see the description.

Thank you, I found the description.  This is not a good test, and I personally do not like having the description where no one can find it.  I have been irritated because I have a sale going on and the item description is crucial to making a sale.  I hope this test ends very soon!  And I hope this is not a permanent change!  Sooooo everywhere I looked at shops there were no descriptions in the normal spot.  Does this mean they are also in the same test group?  You would think I would have seen a few shops that were not in the test group.  I can only imagine how many sales were lost because of this test.  Anyhow, thank you so much for responding.

I hope this test ends soon too.  It has been going on for a while,  Etsy puts people's accounts into tests, not shops.  So, when you are in the test, you will see the description under the reviews in all the shops you visit  However, someone else who is not in the test group, will see the description on the right-hand side as normal.  Etsy will be looking at which group buys more to see which is the better place to have the description. (Yes, I know it seems obvious to us that people need to see the description but Etsy likes to test everything.)

@talpal2: Most, if not all, Etsy tests are viewing account based not shop based - so you must be in the test group but some percentage of accounts (1%. 99% ?%) will see the "normal" layout including in your shop.
