When I work with the new form (item description) and I call the article to correct the description, then the change I entered is ignored when I save the article again.

Same problem, on desktop web (not app) there is not "old" or "new" form ??

Must be a glitch, several sellers have mentioned the same happening this week. 

I used chrome for listing this week without any issues.

Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies?

Make sure you virus & internet security is up to date and not missing any that have not installed (even if it is set to automatic install)
