Item Showed SOLD but There Was no New Order.

An Item in my Shop showed SOLD with the number notification. The total listings in my shop were also less. In the dashboard there were no new orders. How can this be? I would think this is a technical issue since orders would not show up unless a person completes checkout.

Maybe the payment is still processing. Check your email.

Look and see if new funds in your payment account, if not then the order hasn't fully processed thru payment process.  I funds are there then you may want to contact Etsy. If I'm not mistaken items often show out while payment is processing which can sometimes take awhile.
