Hello!
How do I request a review/correction to be made?
My star seller status shows shipping at 93% due to one order which the excel report I downloaded from Etsy shows as "Shipped - No".
However, when I look at the order in my dashboard, it shows completed, with order shipped and tracking info (USPS).
Is there a way to get this corrected, please?

Probably everyone in this forum can sympathize with you but a quick search would show you the innumerable threads about the exact same issue in this forum. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often the CSV file is often behind reality. Make sure the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

Thanks for that! Next time will search first - the Etsy help posts sent me this way. It is for a recent shipment, will keep an eye on it and hopefully it will resolve itself. Thanks for responding, have a blessed weekend!
