The past couple of days (including today), I can't see the descriptions in my listings after they are live (unless in "edit") or when I am trying to shop in other Etsy shops on my laptop. On my mobile is fine. Is there a glitch/issue right now? I've cleared my cache and done shutdowns and restarts. No luck. Other ideas? Thanks!
Look under the picture in your listing. There, between the picture and the reviews, you will find a microscopically small item details link which has to be clicked to see more.
I am trying to shop and cant find the description anywhere. That should be front and center, no one is going to search for a tiny link buried somewhere in the listing.
@PeonycottageBoutique: "I can't see the descriptions ..." As mentioned, the descriptions are there just moved and collapsed for some accounts. Test are run on viewing accounts (not selling accounts) and sometimes dependent on browser and / or device so obviously you are in the test group.
