It time for transparency Etsy

So a long time ago I decided to update my banner on my etsy plus version and I have spoken to many etsy admins and was assured that they were aware and working on it. Well it's been weeks now month has gone by. 

There seems to be many issues that require good tech persons to make the corrections on the etsy site. So etsy do you have these persons available or not??? 

Can I get a discount??? lol

What is the issue with your banner?  Is it the carousel version?  Is your banner the correct pixels for loading?  That may be the issue.  My banner is 1200 by 300 pixels.  I know longer use Etsy plus but the uploading banner size is the same so it may be your banner that is the issue.

If the carousel is not working at all go back to a plain banner.  If the carousel is the issue then tell Etsy that directly.  TIn order to get tech to work on issues they need to know precisely what you are experiencing.  If they can't replicate it they have no idea.

the fix is not done yet and it is over a month now 

I have made a report to the correct dept twice and they are very aware of this issue

We made this change last week, and for us everything turned out ok, and the change was quite intuitive.

It would be good if you could explain better what problem or difficulty you may be having with this situation, you will certainly receive a lot of useful help here on the forum.

correct because I was changing mine and puff it's broken

because I removed mine and was replacing with another and now it doesnt work anymore
