Issues with the verification Prozess of my ID

I am trying to get my person verified.

As a freelancer I and business is full registered. Since 2 months I trying to proceed it and I get at a point of disappointment. I tried to talk to the support and getting every answer I wanted to hear: from you already able to sell to you got to do this and that with multiple answers what I got to do. One time the agent tells upload your ID, the other said the front and back page is needed, next says do a selfie and one said put all we could need in a PDF after weeks of waiting ( Everytime two weeks minimum) nothing happens and my shop is still not opened.

Identity Verification with Persona on Etsy – Etsy Help

It can take a few days or a few weeks.  It all depends on the work Etsy must do for verification.

Frankly I am not fond of chat if that is what you have been using.  The answers from them as you see are not consistent. 

I would use the support button at the bottom of the article.  The first reply will be generic.  Just reply back that you still need help.

Have you listed any items yet?  Your shop appears to be live but it says you have no items listed at this time. 

Try uploading a listing to activate your shop.

My id is still not verified why should I put time to make things online if i am not able to sale it...

@BPLachDesign   Did you receive an email back saying that they could not verify your ID?  Identity Verification with Persona on Etsy – Etsy Help  Did you have to upload a selfie?  

Did you reply back to any email you received from Etsy saying that you still need help?  If you have no email, send one and ask for help.  You will receive a generic reply back.  That's normal.  Just reply back that you still need help.

Does the form of your name match your ID?  Match any bank account information you have entered?

What I see now is an open shop without items listed.  Have you tried to list?  Are you seeing a banner across the shop payment account?
