Issues with reviews

Over the last couple days, I have had 3 clients tell me that the most they could rate their orders was 4 stars. Not 5 stars. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure what happened but it's kind of frustrating when they all said they would have given me 5 stars if offered. How do I get this fixed?

That usually happens when they are using an outdated version of the Etsy app.

Yup I get those too, it takes me a month to recover!

I'm glad it's not just me - thanks for the insight. My question is how is that our fault and how does it get fixed?

Etsy has indeed "fixed" the issue by regularly updating their app. Only the buyers can fix that four-star problem by uploading the updated Etsy app. 

(An aside - Regularly updated shopping apps for multiple devices are just one more thing that our seller fees pay for.)

I've gotten 2 of these, I've heard that it happens while using the Etsy app at times, maybe if it's outdated like NanaLetha said
