@LegacyCraftbyRenee: Based on many, many other posts in this forum, Etsy seems to have essentially abandoned Pattern. Don't know if this will help you, but the "solution" to some other Pattern issues has been to use a different template.
If you are a little more specific (what theme you are using, what error messages you are getting, etc) perhaps one of your fellow Pattern users who has experienced this can offer suggestions.
