Issue with with UPS shipping labels 3/31/25

I am not able to process a UPS shipping label through Etsy. It keeps saying "we are experiencing a hiccup right now with UPS labels"

Any idea what's going on, or this might be working properly? FedEx labels are processing but not UPS and UPS is significantly cheaper for this package

There might be a problem with the UPS website.
