Issue with uploading photos to create listing

I list on my laptop. All was fine but i must have clicked something or the other and now when i try to upload a photo for a listing i only get the option of uploading images from a mobile. How can i get back to the option to be able to list from my laptop... .please...

Log out of Etsy and log back in using a browser.

A similar thing happened to me a couple of days ago. I was on Safari and switched to Google Chrome. That solved my problem.
