Wonder if anyone had same issue
I have about 44 reviews and most of them are 5 star and i do have some 1 star and others but for some reason my total is showing that i have 1 star in average.
What can i do?
the stars top left are done on last 12 months
the older ones are not counted
Your stars are averaged on the last 12 months.

Sell more items.
Get more 5 star reviews, or reviews about 1 star, and your average will go up.
