Issue with monthly deposit

Friday morning I went to schedule my monthly deposit and that tab was missing, but it stated that my next deposit was scheduled for Oct. 2nd. I expected that to happen today. This morning I checked to see if the money was sent and it showed all of my September earnings stating the next scheduled deposit was scheduled for Nov. 6th.   I was able to put in a new request for a next day deposit, so that option is back in place. Etsy, we need to be more careful when making changes to the site.

The date always changes first, then later the deposit is initiated.

Been doing this for a lot of years and it always states when the next monthly deposit is. The date changes when you hit request it now.   My habit is to check matters to make sure that deposit is made the first business day of a new month. Friday it said deposit to be made Oct 2nd and the request tab was missing.  Today it said Nov. 6 until I hit the request it now tab. Now it says scheduled for Oct 3rd.

On Friday, you saw the Oct 2nd date because presumably it was after any Friday deposits had been made and there was no earlier date for you to schedule a deposit but for Monday 2nd.

Then today, you checked your account during the time that today's deposit was actually being made.
It always changes the date first -- so it changed to show your next scheduled monthly deposit in November. Then a short time later, the money actually leaves your account en route to your bank. By also scheduling a deposit for tomorrow, you will have two deposits --the one for today that was in progress and then another tomorrow consisting of whatever money comes in today and is made  available overnight.

You obviously have never checked your account in those vital few minutes before and seen the date change

@Iprefervintage  I’ve been doing this since 2011 and I’m sure the date changes first before the current deposit starts processing. You have to look at just the right time.
