Issue with creating a quick custom order from Etsy convo

Anyone else have this happen... ? When on my computer in my messages, and I create a custom listing from the message chain, it doesn't give the option to add your photo thumbnail and it defaults to some weird graphic always.  You can only add your own image if you go to your listings and then edit the listing.  Seems like this is supposed to be a quick way to add the custom listing but what's the point if you have to go back to your listings and then edit it afterward.  is this a glitch?

Unfortunately it has been that way for a few months now.  And yes it makes no sense.

It's totally f-ked up.  So much worse than before.  Before, it had limits.  Now, it has roadblocks.

Sadly, this is not a glitch.  Someone had to work to make it worse.

I completely agree!  You are basically creating two listings for one custom order.  It's confusing to the buyers too, as they get two links!  What a terrible waste of time.  Just like the messages to and from repeat buyers on the sold orders page not showing up anywhere on that page.  Having to switch to the messages page to check or re-check your correspondence with them.  What a horrible waste of time!
