I’ve been successfully selling through Etsy via Printify without any issues until now. I've noticed that one item, which was supposed to be shipped, hasn’t been dispatched yet. Additionally, I don't see the order reflected on the Printify side either.
I'm not sure how to resolve this. Could you please assist me with this issue?

Can you not manually place the order with Printify? Take care of your customer first. Hopefully someone who uses POD can help with the connectivity issue.
I'd suggest getting with Printify's customer service.
you may get the best & most timely help there. After all, they get paid when you get an order...and not your fellow shop owners. They have the best incentive.

@HamptonsLocalCo: If the order is not already past its scheduled ship by date, you may want to update that so it is not a 'shipped late' order. Since this could be a glitch on either side of the equation, you may need to implement a strategy to catch these kinds of errors as soon as possible.
