Issue with Traffic Source Breakdown and Search Terms Data

Hello,

I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Traffic source breakdown on my Etsy shop. Despite regular updates (most recently 9 hours ago), it has never shown any information and consistently displays "No data available." Additionally, the "Search terms" section for Direct & other traffic has never populated with information, even though Direct & other traffic accounts for 59% of visits.

Could you please investigate and help resolve this ongoing issue?

Extend the time frame for stats.

I was filtering on today.  However, the statistics for "Direct & Other Traffic" over the past 30 days don't seem accurate. For instance, although I had 551 visits, the report indicates only one product referral from duckduckgo.com. It should reflect approximately 330 visits for various products and sites.

@BWDesignsMerch: What time period are you looking at? Based on other posts, Etsy stats are always a bit iffy, but particularly so if you are filtering for 'today'. Same day stats never seem to be complete or reliable.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
