Issue getting my star seller back - impossible!

I sell digital goods and have been a star seller for a while. I have sold 2 actual physical good but had an issue by not properly entering shipping into (there was no actual shipping in this case) and now I cannot get my star seller back as I had 1 problem. 

Not sure how to get this back as I dont sell physical goods (I have 2 actual products left in my store but dont expect to sell them anytime soon).

How do I get my star seller status back???

digital counts towards star seller

and it's calculated over the latest 3 month period, so everything drops off after that

If you lost it just because of the shipping an don't have enough orders to offset it (I believe you need 19 orders with tracking to offset one without), then you need to wait out the 3 months until it drops off your metrics. Just because you mainly sell digital, there is no way to disqualify physical product sales from the shipping requirements. So you can get it back in 3 months time, but there is nothing you can do for now.

If the order was in August, then yes, it should drop off and no longer be hurting your SS score for the December badge. 

If it was in September, then it should drop off in time for the January badge.
