Issue With Contact Page on Pattern

Our contact page on Pattern is not working anymore. It keeps saying Captcha failed to load. Try using a different browser or disabling ad blockers.

We tried multiple browser and settings and it still does not work. 

How can we get this fixed?

We have pattern. Nothing works on it. Half the times people try to check out that doesn’t work. My fave is the “pattern support” button which also doesn’t work… have given up trying to get support to do anything. They just nod smile, say they’ll get someone to look into it and then do nothing. Going to bin it and get a separate website.

@librairiedesalpes Read your post and tried to send you a message via your contact form on website. I had the same issue that you stated. I, too, have a Pattern website. I tried sending a contact message via my website and I took had the same Captcha issue. I just chatted with Etsy help and was told they are aware of the issue and are looking into it. I was able to get a ticket number to follow up on the problem resolution. Hopefully it's resolved soon as I want customers to be able to contact me.

I've had multiple customers try to reach out telling me the "contact us" form is broken as well,very annoying

I’m also having this issue
