Is this genuine or a SPAM message

Hi,

I have just received this message from apparently Etsy, is this genuine or a scam?

PS: The message in question did not come from Etsy, and we have already actioned the account attempting to impersonate admin.

SCAM. There are hundreds of posts here in the forums about it, with similar sounding verbiage and wacky fonts, etc.

REAL messages from etsy will be in the "from etsy" section of your inbox.

If your shop is ever suspended, you will see it on your dashboard, not through a fake message.

Mark this message as spam and do not engage.

Yes it's a known scam. They try to get your bank/card details in order to steal money.

Mark the message as spam.

Genuine messages from Etsy will only appear in the 'from Etsy' folder of your message inbox (check using a browser).
