Is there a duplication order bug from Etsy?

Hello community,

A customer has reported that he placed two orders, as his screenshot displays two items on separate rows in his order history. However, our records only show a single order with the number 3621797302. Could someone please help clarify this discrepancy?

Is this a bug from the Etsy app?

@VegaStudioArt: "Is this a bug from the Etsy app?" Perhaps - there are lots of reports of inconsistencies when using the app. Have you looked at your Orders page using a browser (even your mobile browser)?

This keeps happening I think it’s a glitch on Etsy! I’ve had this happen with numerous customers.
