I've had multiple customers say that when they purchased a listing using Apply pay that it is not showing up in their purchases. This is a bigger issue for my area because I sell digital downloads. If the purchase isn't showing up in their purchases then they cannot access the item they purchased. It is only happening with Apple Pay and the people have shown proof of purchase and I am able to see their purchase as well.
Are the people using Apple Pay also using an Apple ID email account? I do not sell digital but I recall reading about Apple ID users having difficulty downloading Digital Files as their email is, actually, a "gateway" email for privacy reasons.
Yes its also an apple ID email, that is what I was thinking the issue is because I will look at their email that is associated with the purchase and its some jumbled email like you said. Glad to hear it isn't just me having the issue, thank you!
