Yes, it is. Here is how to tell: within your shop, search using a common word. I searched "psychic". If no listings come up, it's not indexed.

Everyone can access your shop.  If your shop is open, everyone can see it.  Previous buyers can always find our shops by looking at their Purchases page.   He might be having trouble navigating the Etsy search, but your shop is open and accessible to all.  I see your shop on my iPhone.
