Anyone know if there is a problem with our notifications of sale. My dashboard says I have a sale , yet sadly there is none

I'm showing 2 sales on my dashboard, but no email notifications, nothing in open orders, and no adjustments to my payment account. Guessing it's a glitch.
that is exactly what is happening to me . It would be nice if etsy would let us know if there is an issue
My Dashboard thinks I have a message.
It has insisted that I have a message, when there is no message, for almost a week.
